Production Line Description
The aluminum profile production line is an automated production system that integrates multiple precision processes such as melting, extrusion, heat treatment, and surface treatment. With standardized processes and intelligent equipment, it converts aluminum ingots into various high-performance aluminum profile products. The profiles have the advantages of being lightweight, high-strength, corrosion-resistant, easy to process, and recyclable. They are widely adapted to the customized needs of multiple fields and are the core material production carrier in modern industry and construction.
The entire production line runs stably and efficiently, producing profiles with precise dimensions and excellent performance. It is widely applied in production solutions for aluminum profiles used in doors and windows, automotive components, lighting fixtures, household appliance parts, radiators, tent frames, ladders, and load - bearing pallets. Opting for this production line enables enterprises to expand their production scope, reduce costs, and enhance core competitiveness, making it an ideal equipment choice in the aluminum alloy processing field.

Our Advantages
Main Equipment
The melting & holding furnace efficiently melts aluminum ingots and recycled materials, maintains the molten aluminum at a stable temperature, and performs refining and homogenization to ensure consistent alloy quality. It provides continuous molten aluminum to the extrusion line, making it one of the most essential core units in aluminum profile production.
The aluminum profile extrusion press is a key machine used to heat aluminum billets and extrude them through a die to form various cross-sectional profiles. Powered by a high-performance hydraulic system, the press forces the heated billet through the die, shaping it into building profiles, industrial profiles, heat-sink profiles, rail profiles, and many other aluminum products. With features such as high automation, precision control, and energy efficiency, the extrusion press is the core equipment of an aluminum profile production line, directly influencing dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and overall production efficiency.
The cooling bed is a key device in an aluminum profile extrusion line used to rapidly cool the extruded aluminum profiles. Using air cooling, water cooling, or a combination of both, it lowers the profile temperature to a level suitable for handling or further processing while maintaining dimensional stability and surface quality. The cooling bed typically works with a conveyor system to provide continuous and uniform cooling for profiles of various cross-sections and sizes.
The die heater is used in the aluminum profile extrusion process to heat the extrusion die to the optimal temperature. It ensures smooth aluminum flow, minimizes surface defects, and extends die life. The heater provides a stable heat source via electric or gas heating and works with an automatic temperature control system to precisely maintain die temperature for efficient and stable production.
The Straightening Machine is used in the aluminum profile production line to correct bending and deformation after extrusion. It ensures good straightness and dimensional accuracy of aluminum profiles. The machine uses multiple rollers to apply uniform force, allowing profiles to be straightened smoothly without surface damage. It is suitable for different profile sizes and shapes and helps improve overall product quality before further processing.
Single Billet Hot shear Furnace is used in the pre-process of aluminum extrusion: heating billet, holding and shearing. It is new technology combines the new technologies gas of spurt heating, hydraulic hot shear, etc. It is widely adopted by the users because of its flexible production, quick heating speed, high automatic degree, good operation environment, low energy consumption, etc.
The aging furnace is used in the heat treatment process of aluminum profiles for artificial aging. By heating aluminum profiles at controlled temperatures and times, it promotes the precipitation of alloying elements, improving material strength, hardness, and stability, while maintaining dimensional accuracy and surface quality. The aging furnace is suitable for various temper states such as T5 and T6, widely used in high-performance aluminum profiles for construction, industrial, and transportation applications.
After extrusion, aluminum profiles typically undergo surface treatment to enhance corrosion resistance, weatherability, and aesthetic appearance, ensuring they meet various application requirements.
