Production Line Description
Our stainless steel pipe production line consists of three major sections: the slitting machine, the pipe making machine, and the polishing machine. Designed with a modular structure, the entire line can be flexibly configured to meet specific production requirements. The slitting machine precisely cuts stainless steel coils into strips of various widths; the pipe making machine forms and welds these strips into round, square, or customized shaped tubes; and the polishing machine delivers high-quality surface finishing, including mirror polish or brushed effects. This production line operates with high stability and efficiency, making it ideal for manufacturing tubes used in construction, home appliances, furniture, automotive parts, and many other industries.
